This Privacy Policy serves as the official data protection document for Bryvax, a lightweight grid image splitting tool. This policy applies to all users who download and utilize Bryvax’s image processing services. Any operation of uploading images and using the image splitting function means that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all terms of this policy. If you do not accept any term, please stop using this application immediately.
Service Overview & User Access Rules
Bryvax is a streamlined image processing application focused on single-scene image segmentation. The core function allows users to upload local pictures and split complete images into a standard four-grid layout, and users can save the segmented four independent pictures to local device storage separately. This application only provides four-grid image cutting services, without additional social publishing, cloud album storage, filter beautification and other redundant auxiliary functions. All image processing tasks run locally on user devices.
In consideration of the uncertainty of uploaded image content and global data privacy compliance requirements for image editing software, all functional services of Bryvax are only open to users aged eighteen (18) and above with full civil capacity. This software does not provide services for minors under 18, and we will never collect any personal information of minors. Our platform has the right to block device access and clear temporary image cache once minor unauthorized use is detected. Legal guardians can contact our official email to complete data clearing work.
Data Collection Scope
Bryvax always abides by the core principle of minimal data collection, and refuses to collect any data that has no practical connection with four-grid image cutting. We never actively obtain user location information, address book data, biological characteristics, payment credentials and other sensitive private data. The data processed by the platform only includes the following two categories:
1. User Submitted Images: Original pictures uploaded by users initiatively for grid cutting. Images are only temporarily cached to execute segmentation commands, and will not be uploaded to any remote cloud server without user authorization.
2. Anonymous System Logs: De-identified running data generated during application operation, including abnormal crash logs and basic function usage records. This type of data cannot locate individual users and is only used to solve technical failures.
Permissible Data Usage
We clearly stipulate that all collected user data shall not be sold, rented or shared to third-party institutions for commercial marketing and algorithm training. All data processing behaviors are limited to the following basic service scenarios: realizing four-grid splitting and local saving functions for user uploaded images; troubleshooting program faults and optimizing the fluency of image processing; receiving and replying to user feedback and consultation messages sent via the official email channel.
Data Storage & Privacy Protection Mechanism
All user uploaded original images and unfinished cutting cache files are only stored in the temporary cache directory of the local device. After users finish splitting and saving four-grid pictures or abandon editing, the system will automatically erase all cached image files. Bryvax does not enable automatic cloud backup and remote persistent storage functions for user images by default.
The whole image cutting process adopts local encryption computing mode to prevent external third-party applications from illegally accessing user cached images. Meanwhile, we have formulated strict internal management regulations to prohibit team members from accessing user image resources without legitimate business needs, comprehensively protecting user image privacy security.
Third-Party Data Sharing Statement
Bryvax promises unconditionally to all users that we will never transmit user original images, split four-grid pictures and anonymous system logs to any third-party companies, advertising agencies and data service organizations in any form. The application does not embed any third-party data collection SDK, and there is no data sharing interface reserved externally.
Data disclosure is only allowed when receiving mandatory judicial rulings and administrative orders issued by official regulatory authorities. We will strictly control the disclosure content and scope to minimize data exposure risks.
